Ace Concrete Finishing has done 2 jobs for us at our house.  We have a detached garage that had a dirt floor which made it difficult to store things in it without getting dirty.  We hired Hector to pour a concrete floor in the garage and it has made such a difference!  He came to bid the job--was very helpful, professional, and had reasonable prices.  He and an assistant came to do the job and did a beautiful job.  
We were so happy with how it turned out, that we hired Hector to come back and do a side porch for us.  Our old one was cracked and dangerous.  He not only poured a new concrete side porch, but he used his creativity to do an attractive stamped-pattern to it and also a stain so it has a tint of red in it.  We receive so many compliments as that is our BBQ spot when friends and family are over.
We are so happy with Hector and Ace Concrete Finishing.  We will definitely use him again for future jobs and recommend him to others!

Being on a condominium board means I'm among the lucky ones who plan for repair projects during my "free" time without being paid. While much of the work is pretty straightforward, finding contractors to do small jobs can be a royal pain.

Concrete stairs on several stoops in our condo courtyard have been deteriorating for quite some time. I tried to ignore the problem. When the concrete started crumbling, I couldn't wait any longer. Our condo management company gave me one lead, a cranky guy who wasn't interested in coming out to our property, preferring to provide an estimate for his work over the phone. Like I'm going to give him business. Another company I found through a referral service sent a rep to meet me on our property. Turns out the company wanted to do overlay over the entire area, to the tune of over $3K. NEXT!

A friend referred me to "Hector and Krisanne" of Ace Concrete. Hector met me at the property, gave me some very helpful feedback about our concrete issues, described what he could do to help, and also explained the limitations of his repairs. Krisanne promptly sent an estimate for repairs, of $995 plus tax. The condo board agreed to the work, Hector brought out some assistants and performed the work over the course of about five days. Condo owners were very pleased with the results. That was about five months ago, and our concrete is still looking great.

If anyone needs work on a small concrete job, I would highly recommend Hector and Krisanne. But please don't make them so busy they can't come help us again if we need them!
